You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

By providing your phone number to Doing Doorstep Better Inc., you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from us.

Opt-In: End users receive messages when one of our business customers submits their phone number through our API in connection with a delivery, at which point we send a Doorstep Go wayfinding link to that number to help guide them to their delivery.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS/RCS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doing Doorstep Better Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
